1. Compliance Standards

All affiliate promotions must be truthful, substantiated, and compliant with applicable consumer-protection laws and platform policies. Affiliates are solely responsible for legal compliance in their jurisdictions and traffic channels.

2. Claims And Representations

• Do not make deceptive, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims.
• Do not position the product as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any disease or medical condition.
• Do not guarantee outcomes, earnings, or personal transformation results.
• Do not imply endorsement by ClickBank, healthcare institutions, public figures, or third parties without written permission.

3. Reviews, Testimonials, And Identity

• Do not fabricate reviews, testimonials, or user experiences.
• Do not impersonate the product owner, brand, or official support team.
• Any review-style content must clearly disclose affiliate compensation.

4. Brand And Advertising Restrictions

• No brand impersonation domains, pages, or social profiles.
• No unauthorized use of brand assets outside approved promotional materials.
• Paid traffic may not use restricted brand-bid terms without written approval.
• No use of prohibited negative framing terms in ad copy that violate platform policy.

5. Funnel And Offer Integrity

• Do not bypass the official offer flow by sending direct ad traffic to checkout-only endpoints.
• No cash rebates, incentive stacking, or bonus framing that misrepresents the offer.
• Do not alter product positioning in a way that creates policy or legal risk.

6. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use approved promotional assets for the purpose of driving traffic to authorized offer pages. No ownership rights are granted to brand names, trademarks, creative assets, or product content.

7. Enforcement

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or removal from the affiliate program, withholding of promotional privileges, and additional action where required.
