These terms apply to affiliates, creators, reviewers, media buyers, and partners promoting PHATSO products.

Claims and reviews
No fake claims, fake reviews, or guaranteed outcomes.
All promotions must be truthful, substantiated, and compliant with applicable consumer-protection laws and platform policies.
Do not guarantee better mixes, music placements, income, personal transformation, or specific results.
Do not fabricate testimonials, reviews, user experiences, or review identities.
Review-style content must clearly disclose affiliate compensation where required.
Brand and traffic rules
Protect the brand and the offer flow.
Do not impersonate PHATSO, BEAT VIRAL, the product owner, or official support.
Do not imply endorsement by payment platforms, public figures, third-party brands, or institutions without written permission.
No brand impersonation domains, pages, ads, or social profiles.
No cash rebates, forced incentives, or bonus framing that misrepresents the offer.
Do not send direct ad traffic to checkout-only links that bypass the official sales page flow.
Enforcement
Bad traffic can be removed from the program.
Violation of these terms may result in removal from the affiliate program.
Affiliates are responsible for compliance in their jurisdictions and traffic channels.
